Frequently asked questions
How are bookings counted?
Free includes 30 bookings per monthly cycle, counted when an appointment is created. Cancelled bookings still count. The Free cycle starts on your signup date. Paid-plan quotas and AI replies reset on the billing cycle. A usage counter and a notice before booking explain this rule. At the Free limit, new bookings pause; existing appointments remain manageable until the next cycle or an upgrade.
How many services and photos can I add?
Free: 10 services and up to 3 photos per service. Solo: unlimited services and up to 10 photos per service. Plus: unlimited services and up to 15 photos per service. Each image file may be up to 10 MB on every plan.
Where does the AI chatbot work?
Plus includes 2,000 AI replies per billing cycle. Only AI responses count. Share your Zentr chatbot link on social media; this does not directly connect the inbox of each social platform. Once the quota is reached, AI replies stop and the chatbot displays your configured contact details, such as a phone number.
How are payments confirmed?
All plans support direct transfers with uploaded slips. The owner checks the slip and confirms the booking manually; an uploaded slip remains pending review. Plus also connects Omise or Stripe. Gateway bookings are confirmed only after a verified successful payment result.
Are taxes and payment fees included?
Prices are per individual freelancer and exclude VAT. Zentr charges no booking commission. Direct transfers go to the service provider. Omise and Stripe fees follow the payment provider’s terms.
Can I sign up or pay on this page?
This page is an interactive prototype. It does not create an account, publish a booking link, send an email or process a payment.
